For nearly 11 years, I thrived in high-stakes corporate environments, chasing success and climbing the ladder, all while battling constant stress. I thought I had it all—career accomplishments, financial stability, but something was missing. Beneath the surface, I was overwhelmed, anxious, and burned out. It was only when I hit a breaking point that I began to realize that success at the cost of my well-being wasn’t worth it. I decided to make a change, stepping away from my corporate life to retrain and dive deep into mindfulness and stress management practices. What I discovered was life-changing: the power of managing stress effectively, and the transformation it could bring to both my personal and professional life.

My journey into stress management coaching was born out of personal experience. Today, I combine the practical strategies I developed with mindfulness techniques to help my clients reclaim their health, focus, and peace of mind.
