Kathrine has worked in a non-profit consultancy company, in local government administrations and in humanitarian NGO’s in roles as project manager, advisor, team coordinator and leader. She coaches in the areas of organisational navigation; life transitions and connections to work, eg mid-age identity, retirement and transition; work-life balance; and defining purpose and motivation. Kathrine has been coaching since 2022, and focuses on respectful and professional dialogues that creates space and insights. She puts her work experience as a civil servant, a consultant and project manager on European Commission contracts, her professional background as master's of art and ICF coaching certification to good use. Kathrine is passionate about helping individuals and employers with life and business development, and she also enjoys to be creative herself with ceramic and textile craft. Also living in a urban co-living space with collective dining and cooking, she has a true sense of community and belonging.
