I am a Psychosynthesis Coach. Psychosynthesis focuses on personal growth and development and is also known as a psychology of hope and psychology of the Soul. 

  • Its Goal: To help people realise themselves, grow, and actualise their potential 

  • Its Focus: On a person's potential for the future and higher aspirations like compassion, altruism, intuition, and creativity 

  • Its Approach: Combines spiritual development with psychological healing, which was influenced by Sigmund Freud's theory of the unconscious 

  • Its Belief: That all living things contain within them a drive to evolve, and that this process can be supported consciously.

    In coaching, it is therapeutic in style, and is highly effective in establishing direction and clarity and in removing blocks and limiting beliefs.

About Me:

I have spent my whole career in roles focused on communication, working with clients to overcome barriers and obstacles in Executive Recruitment, Interpreting and Coaching. With my studies in Psychosynthesis Psychology, I have been able to take this to a deeper level to support clients in understanding who they are, where they are and where they want to be. I have worked in, and have experience of, many diverse environments including the NHS, social services, education, the charity sector and the construction industry. I have an MA in Psychosynthesis Psychology from Middlesex University, and a Diploma in Coaching from the Institute of Psychosynthesis in London. I am accredited by the EMCC (European Mentoring and Coaching Council).
