I hold a doctoral degree in Organizational Leadership and am a former educator and military veteran of 12 years. My favorite part of these experiences has been how I have been able to use my influence to promote positive change, so I opened a private practice in coaching in 2022. Although I started in executive coaching, I have expanded to offer my current range of services.
I have four children, three of whom are neurodivergent, and am a late-in-life diagnosed autistic adult. I am optimistic that with increased awareness and training, we can create a more responsive and inclusive world for neurodivergent individuals.
Becoming a Board Certified Coach is a calling that provides me purpose and clarity. Although by nature I am results driven, I always encourage my clients to examine why they make certain decisions. (You'll see a lot of values-driven work in my coaching). My goal is to make sure that we are working toward your brightest future. I am thankful everyday for the opportunity to be a steward of your trust.
What I can offer you?
Foundational Framework: I will help you identify your values, priorities, and goals through introspective work. When a strong foundation already exists, the primary focus will be to challenge assumptions and limiting beliefs, so that actions and behaviors ensure deliberate and consistent progress toward your desired future state. My practice is evidence-based and suitable for both personal and professional goals.

- Iterative Development: You'll assess what is working well and what isn't, and make adjustment to your action plan to stay on track.
- Accountability and Check-In: I'll keep in touch through regular check-ins to assist in accountability and facilitate with expertise when needed.
- Next Stages: We'll build upon what has been accomplished to carry your momentum to your next goal and increase development.
