Rising Coach Elite Coach

Jen Jortner Cassidy is the founder of Be Yourself, Show Yourself, Grow Yourself, LLC, a boutique firm specializing in coaching, education, and mindfulness. Her work is focused on supporting midlife awakening, life transitions, and burnout recovery. Her style is compassionate and non-judgemental and while she takes her work seriously, she also brings levity to supporting her fellow humans through all of life’s ups and downs. She has worked in the learning technology industry for decades and started her career in Learning & Development. She’s served in customer success roles as an individual contributor, enablement consultant, and in leadership. Her career journey has included time at General Reinsurance Corporation, Lynda.com, LinkedIn, and most recently Oji Life Lab. Jen completed her bachelor’s degree in Management at the University of Massachusetts, Boston and holds a master’s degree in Adult & Organizational Learning from Suffolk University. She received certification in Mindfulness Studies from Lesley University, was part of the inaugural cohort of the Inner MBA from New York University, and is certified as a professional, life, and transitions coach through the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPec). When not at work, Jen enjoys good food, off-the-beaten path coffee shops, and adventures in her campervan with her husband and incredibly spoiled chocolate lab.

What I can offer you?

Let's start with an Energy Assessment. This research-backed attitudinal assessment differs from personality tests like MBTI and DISC (which are great, by the way). Unlike personalities, attitudes are not fixed. The assessment measures how you show up in life’s situations and gives you awareness about your level of engagement. It lets you look honestly at your perceptions, attitudes, behaviors, and leadership capabilities. This assessment measures your stress reaction and gives you the tools to choose how to respond rather than react. It shows the kind of energy that is most present for you: catabolic vs. anabolic. For instance, catabolic energy is harmful and destructive, and anabolic energy is positive and constructive. However, it is essential to note that neither is good or bad.

  • Brief Call: We'll chat and get to know each other and I'll explain the process.
  • Take the Assessment: It will take about 25 minutes for you to answer the questions it asks, as honestly as possible.
  • Review Your Report: Once you take the assessment I'll provide you with a report showing your results and explaining the methodology in detail.
  • Schedule Your Debrief: The debrief will be a 90 minute session where I'll debrief the results with you and you'll receive some initial coaching. It's YOU time!
