I am an Executive Career & Life Coach, with a prior background in law and financial services going back 20 years. I am accredited by the International Coach Federation at their advanced PCC level.
Having seen the benefits of coaching in my own life, I now help professionals, leaders and teams create and thrive in lives they truly love.
Most of my clients are in established careers, but at a point where they are ready to up their game and create deeper fulfilment and greater success. For some of them that’s about changing or progressing in their career. For others, it’s about becoming more effective in what they already do, or creating a more balanced lifestyle.
I believe that life is too short to waste it in a job we don’t enjoy, and that’s why I have been helping my clients thrive in fulfilling careers for over 10 years now. Whilst most people come to me to be coached on career issues, we are not limited to discussing work. My clients often also bring their personal goals and challenges into our sessions. This is welcome because these themes are often interrelated. Ultimately, I don’t coach a problem; I coach a person. Whether we talk about your work or personal life, it’s always about helping you understand what you want and how to get there by increasing your personal effectiveness.
If my clients are interested in deeper work, we also explore the subconscious pattern that may be holding them back in life. I use the Enneagram Growth Model to help my clients create breakthroughs in their personal growth.
