For over 11 years, I’ve dedicated my work to helping individuals with ADHD navigate the challenges that come with this unique way of experiencing the world. My own journey began when I was diagnosed in my early twenties. Like so many, I struggled to meet the demands of daily life, feeling overwhelmed by distractions and the constant pressure of unfinished tasks. The traditional approaches I tried never seemed to offer a sustainable solution, so I embarked on a path of discovery, developing my own methods to manage my time, energy, and focus.
ADHD is often seen as a flaw, but I’ve come to realize that it’s not a limitation—it's a different way of thinking, a different lens through which we see the world. Over time, I’ve learned how to leverage the strengths inherent in ADHD—creativity, hyper-focus, and energy—turning what were once seen as challenges into opportunities for growth. My mission is to help my clients do the same, by recognizing the strengths in their unique thinking style and finding ways to apply those strengths in their daily lives.
My coaching is rooted in mindfulness practices, time management techniques, and personalized strategies that address not just the symptoms, but the underlying causes of ADHD. Through a combination of focused coaching sessions, practical tools, and an empathetic understanding of what it’s like to live with ADHD, we’ll create a plan tailored to your specific needs.
