I’m Devanshi, a Mental Health Coach with a passion for helping people overcome self-doubt, anxiety, emotional barriers, depression and sleep issues.  With a Master’s in Clinical Psychology and expertise in CBT, ACT, and mindfulness, I guide clients toward clarity, confidence, and meaningful change. Having faced my own challenges, I understand how hard it can be to feel stuck. My approach is empathetic yet action-oriented, helping clients break unhelpful patterns and reconnect with their values.
