The Purpose
Hi,I'm Carl, an ACC certified leadership coach, trained at the AoEC in Executive Coaching and Systemic Team Coaching. I primarily coach executives, directors and senior managers in the IT and Tech sectors, as well as team coaching to help organizations overcome challenges and develop high value creating teams.
Throughout my various careers as a coach, a leader in IT or (many years ago!) a cartoonist and illustrator, my consistent purpose has always been that I want to do good work, and I want to help people. I want to do so through selfless, trusting, profound, and informed relationships that help others realise true value.

Often, we face challenges in our careers.
- Overwhelm - missing deadlines, working late, loss of clarity regarding responsibilities priorities: all of these can slowly build to burnout
- Disconnect - working in a silo, treading water, loss of trust, loss of motivation and worsening morale can all be signs that we need to reconnect
- Loss of confidence - anxiety, loss of voice, imposter syndrome and reduced productivity can all be indicators that support is needed
- Unanticipated change - when things change around us, it can cause us to question what we are doing, and why
My coaching can help you confront these challenges with honesty and safety. I believe that people are naturally creative, resourceful and whole, and so they have the answers they need to solve their challenges. I provide the necessary space and support to help you unlock the answers you need.

My coaching sessions with Carl were invaluable. His approach, methodology, and demeanour allowed me to gain valuable insights into areas of my professional life and build a new toolkit to improve my day to day performance.
