Drawing from my knowledge and experience as a physician, an imaging consultant specialized in women's reproductive health, plus an ICF board certified Life and wellness coach, I bring a unique blend of science based perspective towards midlife health and wellness coaching. I am passionate about women's health as they go through the perimenopausal, menopausal, and postmenopausal years, as it truly is a hormonal roller coaster that affects not just the physical body processes, but psychological and emotional aspects as well. My approach addresses this transitional period as an opportunity for women to navigate these times with clarity, confidence, and give them space to create their own empowered true self. My focus revolves around lifestyle changes, diet and nutrition guidance, age appropriate exercise recommendations, and information about external sources including HRT and/or alternative therapies including mindfulness, meditation, behavioural therapies and many more.
