I am an experienced Erickson Professional Coach, especially in working with clients who “handle it all” and are seeking balance across the many life roles they have. Being in one role does not automatically switch off all the others, and when one role is not going well, it often affects the rest. This is why I often start coaching with the “Wheel of Life Roles” exercise that I created for my clients. Through this exercise, we begin by understanding the balance of your life roles: where you feel steady, where things “pull,” and what might need more attention. From there, we work together through questions, insights, and structured steps that lead to meaningful and sustainable change. My approach is human, supportive, and shaped around your pace.
