For over a decade, I’ve had the honour of guiding women through the often-challenging but ultimately empowering phase of menopause. After facing my own struggles with the physical and emotional shifts that come with this natural transition, I felt a deep calling to support other women in navigating this journey. My personal experience drives my passion for creating a space where women can openly discuss their challenges, find understanding, and learn practical strategies to thrive during this pivotal time in their lives.
