When I started with Jenny-Lyn, I honestly wasn’t sure this was going to help. I was skeptical, but I was desperate for change in my marriage. So, I pushed through the 5 days anyway. Jenny-Lynn's coaching really helped me to put my faith into action instead of just keeping it in my head. Her practical coaching framework was powerful, and gave me practical ways to live out what I believe in my relationship with my marriage. And then, God moved. Literally overnight, I had a breakthrough in my marriage. My husband and I went from being distant to actually communicating and working together as a team in the middle of a really tough situation. I worked with Jenny-Lyn in Kingdom Life Coaching during a trying time in my life. It was great having her support through the weekly sessions. The worksheets that were provided helped to bring focus and provide direction as I struggled with "what's next". I was able to refocus and realize that I was hearing from God even when I thought I wasn't. This helped me to continue my journey with Him with a renewed sense of being known, heard and seen by Him. Jenny-Lyn was literally a God sent in a very stressful and critical moment in my life at home. I received nothing but care and Godly advice from Jenny-Lynn Allen. I am so thankful that God put her in my path when I needed a life-saver. I was going to look for psychological help first, but I knew in my heart and soul I didn't want that kind of help although useful. I realized after taking the 7-DAY REFRESS COURSE with Jenny-Lynn Allen that this was something I needed urgently. At the end of this course, I found myself strengthening my connection to GOD and learned that my connection to HIM was the most important thing I needed to heal. I recommend her program and coaching to any woman who wants to have a transformation and strengthening of her walk with the Lord Jesus Christ. She takes you by the hand and pays attention to every single detail that you share with her. She takes her role to help you seriously. She really walks the walk. The biggest wins and changes I experienced after having a one on one coaching with Jenny-Lyn Allen was that, God answered my prayer by connecting me with someone who could truly understand me and guide me in partnership with Him; I was able to break free from negative thoughts about my husband, especially from the past when he didn’t able to meet my expectations or treated me in ways that I expected, and through prayer, God helped me heal and shift my mindset; I also experienced a significant improvement in my communication with my husband—before, I was always the one initiating our conversations, but now he initiates them too; and along with better communication, I now feel more connected with him, as he has become more expressive about his feelings, and most importantly, I’ve seen growth in his spiritual life. Around June 2025, I met Jenny-Lyn Allen through a friend who told me that she knew someone who could probably help me with my struggles. So, I decided to message Jenny-Lyn on Messenger, I introduced myself, and shared that I was a wife struggling in my marriage. I was so grateful when she replied and arranged schedule that works for me and for her to have an individual coaching. To make the long story short, we began our one-on-one coaching sessions, which included prayer and reading God’s Word. At that time, I was really suffering from a lack of communication with my husband, which was even more difficult because we were in a long-distance relationship. My husband was going through a tough season—struggling with his health, finances, emotions, and even spiritually. We grew cold and rarely reached out to each other. I was at the point of almost giving up on our relationship, and personally, I was struggling deeply too. Experiencing all of this, after working with Jenny-Lyn, made my heart so happy. Sometimes I still can’t believe how quickly God worked in my marriage. But with prayer and faith, I’ve learned that all things truly work together for good for those who believe in Him. Now, I continue to pray for my marriage and for other marriages that are also struggling. Looking back at my progress, if I were to rate myself on a scale of 1–10, I would say I’m now at a 7 or 8, compared to a 4 before I started working with Jenny-Lyn. What I loved most about working with Jenny-Lyn Allen is that every session she began it with prayer. That set the tone and reminded me that God is at the center of everything. I also felt completely comfortable sharing my struggles and thoughts with her, without fear of being judged. Overall, Jenny-Lyn Allen is truly amazing—she always puts God first in everything she does. If someone is unsure about working with Jenny-Lyn, I would encourage them to simply try it. You’ll never really know unless you experience it for yourself. Once you do, you’ll see how smooth and uplifting it feels to work with her. For me, it has truly been worth it.

I took a leap of faith and participated in the 5-Day Personal Virtual Retreat and it was worth it. Not only is Jenny-Lyn gifted in hearing and obeying the spirit, but through this gift she helped me to regain hope in my marriage and my faith in the LORD has grown. I felt that I had come to a wall in how to grow closer to my husband and love him the way God intended even with a Christian counselor. Through this retreat it helped me break through a wall that I did not know was there. The Personal Virtual Retreat eye-opening to how much I had not forgiven myself although I had forgiven my husband. I have a greater understanding of what forgiveness really means. Proverbs 4:7 says" Wisdom is the principal thing; therefore get wisdom: and with all thy getting get understanding." I had wisdom of the principal of forgiveness, but did not understand what it truly meant. This was a true breakthrough for me to forgive yourself and this allowed me to felt lighter and free. All of this happened in just 5 days and my husband and I were able to reconnect on a deeper level the has continued to flourish. When I came to Jenny-Lyn I felt hopeless and was not sure what to expect and after this retreat I am hopeful and on fire for my marriage and obeying God's call.

I was at a place of despair, not knowing how to cope with a partner of 13 years that just became a roommate. Jenny-Lyn popped up on my fb and I reached out in desperation. Through her help in her coaching she and God has helped me find the peace I needed to thrive, in knowing my worth and most importantly....knowing and feeling loved by our Father. Since I have leaned solely on God, he has provided me with small wins and then now bigger wins! I am so excited that how i have come to peace knowing God has me and he is right there everyday with me. Small wins are anything from taking frustration away and giving calmness at work to bigger wins in opening doors for financial opportunities. I have been truly blessed by God with her help and his and couldn't have done it without either of them!

"I was feeling overwhelmed with feeling like it was my duty to change my husband, that there was a problem to fix regarding us being spiritually unified in Christ and the walk we were taking with the Lord. I was feeling resentful, and sad by what I desired vs what was happening. The biggest win was noticing that my husband was not my enemy Taking my feelings and presenting the in to prayers in the moment Sharing a commitment that I was going to make about how I treat my husband And acknowledging that I am not going God the space to move if I am always trying intervene She is very kind, she allows you to have thought provoking takeaways. Encourages you in prayer. And provides strategies which align with biblical wife hood. Provides a space to feel heard in your struggles and encourages you to work on self forgiveness and seeking out the best of our spouse.
