Hi there! I’m Jennilee (she/they), an Empowerment Coach (Living Yesfully), creative, and space holder who supports people on the path of self-trust, healing, and personal expression - so you can actually build the life you've been dreaming of.
My coaching is rooted in the belief that empowerment doesn’t come from fixing ourselves—it comes from remembering our wholeness and relating to ourselves with honesty, care, and compassion. I specialize in helping sensitive, thoughtful, often neurodivergent folks come home to themselves and move through life with more clarity, confidence, and self-advocacy. And through your more authentic living the door opens to the life you've been truly desiring to live.
Whether you're trying create your dream relationship, build a business that actually feels good, show up fully in social spaces, or finally feel calm and safe in your own skin—I’m here to walk with you. Together, we create a space where all parts of you are welcome and able to shine.
As someone who left both religious and high-control personal development spaces, I understand what it's like to rebuild your sense of self from the inside out. I now coach from a deeply embodied, trauma-aware, neuro-affirming, and anti-oppressive lens. And I believe growth gets to be both sacred and human—with room for gentleness, laughter, and real talk.
I also host the Neuro Revolution Podcast and share reflections and tools over on my YouTube channel, where I explore self-trust, creativity, healing, and what it means to live in integrity with your whole self.
