For the past 15 years, I’ve had the privilege of guiding women through one of life’s most transformative and challenging transitions: menopause. My own journey into menopause was the catalyst for my career as a coach. I found myself struggling with the physical discomfort and emotional rollercoaster that comes with this phase, and through that struggle, I discovered a profound calling to help other women embrace this transition with resilience, self-compassion, and joy.
