I spent more than 20 years working across Europe, the Middle East, and the UK in both family-run companies and large organisations. Those experiences gave me a deep understanding of how people and businesses grow, and why they often get stuck. I saw the same challenges everywhere: poor communication, lack of direction, and talented people working hard but feeling unfulfilled.. At times, that included me.
These experiences made me realise: Success is not just about doing more or knowing more, it is about inner alignment, clarity, and having the right environment and support around you. Finding that alignment wasn’t a quick fix. I spent a lot of time learning, unlearning, and surrounding myself with people who challenged me to grow.
Through personal development and coaching studies — from business strategy to mindset and NLP — I began to understand what real transformation looks like. That journey ultimately led me to become a business coach, combining my corporate background with the tools of transformational coaching to help others grow with purpose and confidence.
Today, as a business coach, I help entrepreneurs and aspiring business owners find that same alignment so they can pursue their goals, unlock their creativity, and build a business that reflects who they truly are.
Once that inner clarity is in place, I offer support in designing the practical side: a business strategy that aligns with your strengths, values, and goals.
