Transformation is a continual process of letting go and letting in

Let’s talk about letting go of things. Before you can let new habits in, you have to let go of some of your old habits, old thoughts and those things that don’t energize you. Now, that doesn’t mean you don’t have to clean your house or pay your bills because they don’t energize you.  What we’re talking about are the big things in life like moving more, meditating to reduce stress and so on.  

How to do this is the challenge. First, you need to identify those things that sap your energy and those things that give you energy.  Once you have those lists, you need to review that list of energy sappers and figure out which ones you can let go of. You probably can’t let go of everything, but there will be things that can be eliminated.  Target them and as you let go of the sappers, add one of the energizers.
