The emotional body can be tricky. Reacting to someone or something and taking it personally triggers the emotional body to point the finger at the other.
Because of past traumas, societal conditioning, and programming, we have all been in a loop of limited beliefs that trigger the emotional body into a highly reactive state.
As we move into higher states of consciousness, we stop taking things personally and observe our reality rather than absorbing whatever is happening around us. We remember that people are not doing anything to us but through us to neutralize and heal the emotional body until there is no blame or need to project onto the other (who is just another version of you in a different body). We encounter the same people or situations until we are unified within and become unified consciousness (an inside job). The nervous system stays calm even when somebody believes in something opposite to yours.

As long as we remain reactive, we cannot move up to the next octave because manifestation is almost instant, and a reactive person would create worlds of chaos.
There is no faking this or bypassing healing the emotional body. The nervous system reveals if one is in reactivity, but with conscious awareness of one’s unproductive patterns and behaviors, one can be fully responsible for one’s energy without needing to hold the reactive energy in or express it. You will start to feel the energy move through you and out the back of the spine.
