Do you want to change something in your life, but you’re
afraid to try? Personal growth is hard,
but it’s so very worthwhile. Something
is driving you to change, so don’t hold yourself back. Don’t ignore that feeling or drive. I know
it’s scary, but in the end, you’ll be a better version of yourself.
Think about this. If you don’t take steps to change, 90 days
from now you’ll still be right where you are now, and you’ll probably be frustrated
and think badly of yourself. But, if you take action, you can work on becoming
someone different. The pain or concern you’re having now will be better once
you act to fix it. It won’t be gone, but
it will be better. Remember, even slow progress is better than no progress, and
as you move forward, you’ll gain momentum and see proof that you can be the
person you want to be if only you keep going.
You’ll believe in yourself, and that belief is powerful. It will help you in many ways, not just with
the thing you are working on. Momentum is powerful.
