thought… Be resilient
I saw another meme recently that resonated with me. It said, “If you stumble, make it part of the
dance.” This idea reminded me of my post last month about not letting the bad
days win. Instead, make them part of your
growth process and own the stumble. Remember, it’s not a failure. It’s
simply one step in your dance. Your journey won’t be flawless. When you allow
yourself to go with the stumbles instead of resisting them, you actually grow
stronger, more adaptable, and more grounded in who you are. You become resilient.
Maybe you forgot your boundaries and said yes when you
should have said no. Maybe you procrastinated again, or lost your temper, or
slipped back into an old habit. These moments aren’t failures. They’re signs
that you’re human. And if you’re paying attention, they can be the exact
lessons you need to take your next step forward.
Ask yourself: “What triggered the stumble? What can I do
differently next time?” or “How be more kind to myself in this moment? Then
breathe, reset, and keep dancing.
